Internal Complaints Committee (ICC)
The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) was established in 2016 under “The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013” to ensure a safe, respectful, and congenial environment for all staff and students of the College.
Objectives of the Committee
- To eradicate sexual harassment of women at the institution.
- To provide protection against sexual harassment of women at the workplace.
- To prevent and redress complaints of sexual harassment effectively.
- To provide a platform for women to express grievances freely without fear of victimization.
- To take appropriate action on the complaints received.
