Examination Section (Autonomous) & Student Portal
Viswam Engineering College’s Examination Branch manages all academic evaluation processes — from hall ticket generation to results publication — through a secure, transparent online portal.
About the Examination Branch
The Examination Branch at Viswam Engineering College is the central authority responsible for planning, conducting and declaring the results of all University and Autonomous examinations. The branch operates under the supervision of the Controller of Examinations (COE) and strictly follows the academic calendar approved by JNTUA and the Autonomous Academic Council.
The branch handles all activities including student registration, hall ticket issuance, seating arrangement, answer script management, results declaration, grade cards, revaluation requests and provisional certificates — all accessible through the Student Examination Portal.

Qualify Entrance
Appear for AP EAMCET (B.Tech/B.Pharm) or AP ICET (MBA/MCA). Register on cets.apsche.ap.gov.in
Web Counselling
Participate in APSCHE web counselling, enter options and choose Viswam Engineering College, Madanapalle.
Allotment Letter
Download your seat allotment letter from the APSCHE portal after counselling rounds are completed.
Report to College
Visit Viswam Engineering College with original documents and allotment letter for verification and fee payment.
Admission Confirmed
Complete fee payment, receive your student ID and attend orientation. You’re officially a Viswamite!

✅ Eligibility Criteria
B.Tech (All Branches)
10+2 / Intermediate with Physics, Mathematics & Chemistry (or related subjects) with minimum 45% marks (40% for reserved categories). Must have qualified AP EAMCET or equivalent.
Lateral Entry (B.Tech — 2nd Year)
Diploma holders (3-year polytechnic) with 45% in relevant branch. Admission through AP ECET counselling.
MBA
Any UG degree (Bachelor’s) with minimum 50% marks. Must qualify AP ICET or equivalent. No prior work experience required.
MCA
BCA / B.Sc. (Maths / Statistics / Computer Science) or B.Tech with minimum 50% marks. Admission through AP ICET.
M.Tech
B.Tech / B.E. in relevant branch with 50% marks. Valid GATE score preferred. Admission through AP PGECET.
