Internal Complaints Committee (ICC)

The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) was established in 2016 under β€œThe Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013” to ensure a safe, respectful, and congenial environment for all staff and students of the College.

Objectives of the Committee

  • To eradicate sexual harassment of women at the institution.
  • To provide protection against sexual harassment of women at the workplace.
  • To prevent and redress complaints of sexual harassment effectively.
  • To provide a platform for women to express grievances freely without fear of victimization.
  • To take appropriate action on the complaints received.
